Nigerian Student Association
The Nigerian Students Association of Boston University is committed to fostering a community of Nigerian students on campus. It serves as a home away from home for those wanting to express their culture and explore their roots, while also serving as an open space for others to learn about the culture. It will also serve as a space to educate members of issues Nigeria is currently facing in hopes of promoting social activism among the community.

BUIAA
The Boston University International Affairs Association, or BUIAA, is BU’s preeminent undergraduate student organization on international affairs. BUIAA promotes diplomacy, hosts cultural dialogue, and encourages international education outside the classroom.

Mind and Brain Society
The Mind and Brain Society (MBS) was founded in the fall of 2008 in concert with BU’s new undergraduate program in Neuroscience. The group aims to create a network for undergraduate students who wish to actively participate in current issues and research. The Mind and Brain Society (MBS) aims to support an eager undergraduate community with conversations and resources that are fundamental to neuroscience today.

College Democrats
BUCD seeks to inspire change in the Democratic Party by motivating young progressives to get involved in the political sphere. We have an engaged presence on the Boston University campus, organizing action around national and university-level policies. BUCD commits to action in and around Boston and the country, pushing for value-based change.

YDSA
Young Democratic Socialists of America is the youth and student section of the Democratic Socialists of America, and a national organization of recognized campus chapters and several hundred activists. We are students organizing in our universities, colleges, and high schools to fight for the immediate needs of workers and students while building our capacity to fight for more radical and structural changes.

The Politica at BU
The Politica at Boston University (PBU) is an academic global affairs club with an online podcast, a publication, and roundtable discussions. We serve as a platform for students passionate about international affairs to engage in refined dialogue and publish interdisciplinary research on topics relevant to modern political conversations, focusing on the studies of law, economics, politics, and activism.

A peer-reviewed publication for Boston University undergraduates to showcase their work and promote historical scholarship.

Asian Student Union
This organization promotes cultural awareness of diverse ethnic backgrounds in Asian and Asian-American communities. Through supporting grassroots projects and activism in our Asian American community and giving back through partnerships with local non-profit organizations, we foster unity, active participation, acceptance, and integration among all Asian and Asian American Boston University students.

Undergraduate Philosopy Association
The Undergraduate Philosophy Association (UPA) at Boston University is your go-to community for all things philosophical! We meet weekly to explore philosophy’s intersection with various disciplines, featuring symposiums on topics like the Philosophy of Pirates, Cowboys, and Consciousness. Our events include guest lectures, cross-club activities, and movie nights, offering BU students from all majors a welcoming space to engage in thought-provoking discussions and connect with others.
